HOW TO BOOK
Follow these steps in order to book your
CMA Music Festival 2012 5-night package:
1. Click on the blue square on the calendar above for June 6, 2012.
This will launch the various choices for packages at the Hampton Inn & Suites downtown.
2. Select the option for the number of people --one, two, three, or
four-person packages. All packages are for five nights (June 6 to June
11, 2012). The Festival officially begins on Thursday, June 7, 2012
and the last concert finishes Sunday night, June 10, 2012.
3. Complete the online form with your name, contact
information, and credit card.
4. Choose options, such as a parking pass for LP Field ($40.00) or
upgrade to premium lower level or floor level seating ($45 extra per
person). Choose only one seat upgrade; for example, if
choosing to
upgrade to the floor level, you would check the box besides
floor level upgrade only.
5. Specify any special request you may have, such as room type or extra
nights you would like added to your package. We will contact you regarding availability and pricing for additional nights.
6. A nonrefundable deposit of $250.00 USD per person ($400 per person
for Gold Circle packages) is due for each
package and will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. The balance of your
package is due by March
1, 2012.
After March 1, 2012, the entire cost of the package is
nonrefundable and all monies collected are nonrefundable.
7. After submitting your form with your credit card information, a
receipt will be sent to your email showing the deposit total. BlueShoe
will subsequently send you a follow-up email (usually within 72 hours
excluding weekends) with a booking agreement describing your package in
detail and listing the balance remaining
on your package. You will need to complete the agreement, sign, and
return to BlueShoe Nashville. If you requested additional
nights, we will confirm availability and pricing and include that
information in your booking agreement.

IMPORTANT BOOKING AND CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL 2012 TICKET INFORMATION:
Your CMA Music Festival 2012 4-day passes will be waiting
for you upon checkin at your hotel on Wed., June 6, 2012. If you are
arriving early and checking in prior to June 6, 2012, you will need to
go back to the hotel's front desk on Wed., June 6 to receive your ticket
envelope.
When you book online, a receipt will be sent to your email for your
payment (a nonrefundable deposit of $250 per person will be charged to
your credit card at the time of booking). BlueShoe Nashville will
follow-up (usually within 72 hours excluding weekends) with a formal
booking agreement sent to your email address that will show your
package details, including your seat location and any additional nights
you have requested, or other add-ons, such as parking pass.
You will need to print the agreement, complete any required
information and return to
BlueShoe via mail or fax. Your package purchase is not complete
until the signed booking agreement has been returned to BlueShoe
Nashville, along with the balance due on any additional features (such
as extra hotel nights). A confirmation receipt will be sent to you
when BlueShoe receives the signed agreement.
The balance of your package cost is due by March 15, 2012.
In May 2012, BlueShoe will send you a hotel confirmation
number. We
strongly recommend that when you travel to Nashville for the Festival,
you bring not only your hotel confirmation number, but a copy of the
formal booking agreement issued by BlueShoe Nashville. The booking
agreement will show your hotel information and the precise location of
your seats at LP Field for the four nights of the Festival.
CMA Music Festival 2012 Dates
Please note that you may add extra nights to your package. If you do
so, the modified arrival/checkout dates will be indicated in the
booking agreement BlueShoe Nashville will send to you after your online
order has been received. The following schedule is for the standard
five-night package:
Wednesday, June 6, 2012: Arrival and checkin at hotel. Kickoff
parade and block party Wed. afternoon on Lower Broadway.
Thursday, June 7 to Sunday, June 10, 2012: CMA Music Festival
2012, including concerts all day long at Riverfront Stage and at LP
Field in the evenings, autograph signings, and special venues such as
the Family Zone and the Sports Zone.
Monday, June 11, 2012: Checkout and departure from hotel

Cancellation Policy
A nonrefundable deposit of $250.00 USD per person ($400 per person for Gold Circle packages) is due at the time of the online booking and will be charged to the credit card provided.
The balance of your package price is due by March 1, 2012. You have until March 1, 2012 to cancel this agreement; cancellation by that date will result in a refund of the total amount paid to date minus the nonrefundable deposit ($250 per person or $400 per person for Gold Circle packages).
We encourage clients to buy trip cancellation insurance if they believe their travel plans may change.
