July 2010: This summer the Grand Ole Opry comes home to where it all began--the Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville. Known as the Mother Church of Country Music, the Ryman's stage has been graced by performances in the last 100 years by many of the world's legendary performers including Enrico Caruso, Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Will Rogers, Loretta Lynn, Roy Acuff, Chet Atkins, and Elvis Presley.
We prefer the Ryman over all other Nashville music venues for its relative smallness, its intimacy, and the wonderful warm sounds emanating from its historic stage. Our personal preference is for Gold Circle seats in the balcony in our favorite section (which we won't publicize here in order to keep demand for our secret section down).
Our Grand Ole Opry packages will match our Gold Circle Grand Ole Opry seats with two nights at Nashville's finest hotel--the 5-Star, 5-Diamond Hermitage Hotel. Located just a few blocks from the Ryman, the Hermitage puts you within an easy and scenic stroll to your night at the Opry.
