Embassy Suites Airport/Opryland: Five-night package 2 people (or single-person packages) feature Section 130 Lower Level CMA Music Festival 2010 four-day passes.

Hotel address: 10 Century Blvd., Nashville, TN, 37214. Room will be a  two-room suite (see photo below) with a pullout sofa in the living room and with two double beds or a king bed in the bedroom (you may specify your preference). The Embassy Suites is located 7.5 miles from the center of downtown Nashville and the music venues of the Festival.

Section 130 is located on the west side of the coliseum so you're in the shade in the early evening and you don't have the sun setting in your eyes.

Five-night hotel/ticket package prices:

• $696.00 USD per person, based on two people in a room.
• $578.00 USD per person, based on three people in a room. 
• $509.00 USD per person, based on four people in a room.
• $439.00 USD per person, based on five people in a room.
• $399.00 USD per person, based on six people in a room.
• $1223.00 USD for one person, based on one person in a room.

Additional nights may be added for $168.00. 

A nonrefundable deposit of $200 per person is due at the time of the online booking. The balance of the package cost is due by March 15, 2010. 

Children 12 and under may be added to package for $199.00 each (minimum of two adults required before adding child); maximum of six people per room. Please call for details. Tax is included in all package prices.  

CMA Music Festival tickets will be waiting for you at check-in. One four-day Festival Pass will be included for each person in your party.

How to Book: Follow these steps in order to book your CMA Music Festival 2010 5-night package:  

1.  Click on the blue square on the calendar above for June 9, 2010. This will launch the various choices for packages at the Embassy Suites Opryland/Airport Hotel. All packages are for a minimum of five nights (with arrival on June 9, 2010 and checkout on Monday, June 14, 2010. The Festival officially begins on Thursday, June 10, 2010 and the last concert finishes Sunday night, June 13, 2010.

2. Select the option for the number of people per room--two, three, four, five, or six people.  Children under 12 may be added for $199.00 each. Maximum of six people per room.  If you wish to have two rooms, you will need to book two separate packages.

3. Complete the online form with your name, contact information, and credit card.  

4. Choose options, such as a parking pass for LP Field ($37.00).

5. Specify any special request you may have, such as room type or extra nights you would like added to your package.  Additional nights are $168.00 each (tax is included).  

6. A nonrefundable deposit of $200 per person is due at the time of booking. The balance of the package is due no later by March 15, 2010. We encourage clients to buy trip cancellation insurance if they believe their travel plans may change.

7. After submitting your form with your credit card information, a receipt will be sent to your email showing the deposit total. BlueShoe will subsequently send you a follow-up email with the balance remaining on your package and more information. If you requested additional nights, we will confirm availability and pricing.

About payment: A nonrefundable deposit of $200.00 USD per person is due for each package and will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. The balance of your package is due by March 15, 2010.

IMPORTANT BOOKING AND CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL 2010 TICKET INFORMATION: 

Your CMA Music Festival 2010 4-day passes, program, and CMA goodies bags will be waiting for you upon checkin at your hotel. 

When you book online, a receipt will be sent to your email for your payment. BlueShoe Nashville will follow-up (usually within 48 hours excluding weekends) with a formal booking agreement sent to your email address that will show your package details, including your seat location and any additional nights you have requested, or other add-ons, such as parking pass.

You will need to print the agreement, complete any required information and return to BlueShoe via mail or fax.  Your package purchase is not complete until the signed booking agreement has been returned to BlueShoe Nashville, along with the balance due on any additional features (such as extra hotel nights). A confirmation receipt will be sent to you when BlueShoe receives the signed agreement.

In May 2010, BlueShoe will send you a hotel confirmation number. We strongly recommend that when you travel to Nashville for the Festival, you bring not only your hotel confirmation number, but a copy of the formal booking agreement issued by BlueShoe Nashville. The booking agreement will show your hotel information and the precise location of your seats at LP Field for the four nights of the Festival. 

 CMA Music Festival 2010 Dates

Please note that you may add extra nights to your package. If you do so, the modified arrival/checkout dates will be indicated in the booking agreement BlueShoe Nashville will send to you after your online order has been received. The following schedule is for the standard five-night package:

Wednesday, June 9, 2010: Arrival and checkin at hotel. Kickoff parade and block party Wed. afternoon on Lower Broadway.

Thursday, June 10 to Sunday, June 13, 2010:  CMA Music Festival 2010, including concerts all day long at Riverfront Stage and at LP Field in the evenings, autograph signings, and special venues such as the Family Zone and the Sports Zone.

Monday, June 14, 2010: Checkout and departure from hotel
