Five-night hotel/ticket package at the Baymont Inn West features Club Level Section 234 seats at LP Field. Upgrades to the Lower Level Section 130 are available. We like section 234 and 130 because  they're on the west side of the Coliseum and in the shade in the early evening. You'll enjoy the same Section 234 or 130 seats for all four nights of  CMA Music Festival 2010. The Baymont Inn West is five miles from downtown Nashville and the music venues of the CMA Music Festival. Breakfast is included, along with complimentary parking at the hotel and an outdoor pool.

Five-night hotel/ticket package prices (June 9-14, 2010):

  • $559.00 USD per person, based on two people in a room.
  • $467.00 USD per person, based on three people in a room.
  • $423.00 USD per person, based on four people in a room.
  • $928.00 USD for one person, based on one person in a room.
  • Upgrades to Lower Level Section 130 available for an additional $10 per person.

Additional nights may be added for $124.00 for standard rooms.

A nonrefundable deposit of $200 per person is due at the time of the online booking. The balance of the package cost is due by March 15, 2010.

Children 12 and under may be added to package for $199.00 each (minimum of two adults required before adding child); maximum of four people per room. Please call for details. Tax is included in all package prices. 

How to Book: Follow these steps in order to book your CMA Music Festival 2010 5-night package:  

1.  Click on the blue square on the calendar above for June 9, 2010. This will launch the various choices for packages at the Baymont Inn West. All packages are for a minimum of five nights (with arrival on June 9, 2010 and checkout on Monday, June 14, 2010. The Festival officially begins on Thursday, June 10, 2010 and the last concert finishes Sunday night, June 13, 2010.

2. Select the option for the number of people per room--two, three, or four people.  Children under 12 may be added for $199.00 each. Maximum of four people per room.  If you wish to have two rooms, you will need to book two separate packages.

3. Complete the online form with your name, contact information, and credit card.  

4. Choose options, such as a parking pass for LP Field ($37.00) or upgrade to floor level seating ($30.00 per person).  If you would like to upgrade to the Lower Level Section 130, please check the specified box.

5. Specify any special request you may have, such as room type or extra nights you would like added to your package.  Additional nights are $124.00 each (tax is included).  

6. A nonrefundable deposit of $200 per person is due at the time of booking. The balance of the package is due no later by March 15, 2010. We encourage clients to buy trip cancellation insurance if they believe their travel plans may change.

7. After submitting your form with your credit card information, a receipt will be sent to your email showing the deposit total. BlueShoe will subsequently send you a follow-up email with the balance remaining on your package and more information. If you requested additional nights, we will confirm availability and pricing.

Regarding Seat Location:

Section 234 Tickets: Club level Section 234, Row J. See seating diagram below.  Tickets will be waiting for you upon checkin at your hotel. Upgrades to Lower Level Section 130 available for $10 additional per person.
