CMA Music Festival 2026 Dates
The following schedule is for the standard five-night package:
Wednesday, June 3, 2026: Arrival and check-in at hotel.
Thursday, June 4 to Sunday, June 7, 2026: CMA Music Festival 2026, including concerts all day long at Riverfront Stage and at Nissan Stadium in the evenings, autograph signings, and special venues such as the Family Zone and the Sports Zone.
Monday, June 8, 2026: Checkout and departure from hotel

IMPORTANT BOOKING AND CMA FEST 2026 TICKET INFORMATION:
When you book online, a receipt will be sent to your email for your payment: prior to Jan. 15, 2026 a nonrefundable deposit of $600 per person will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. If you book on or after Jan. 15, 2026, the total amount is due at the time of booking. BlueShoe Nashville will follow-up (usually within 72 hours excluding weekends) with a booking agreement sent through Docusign to your email address that will show your package details, including your seat location. Final payment for all packages booked with a deposit is due by Feb. 1, 2026. The agreement must be signed through Docusign in order to complete your booking.
By May 2026, BlueShoe will send you a hotel confirmation number. We strongly recommend that when you travel to Nashville for the Festival, you bring not only your hotel confirmation number, but a copy of the formal booking agreement issued by BlueShoe Nashville. The booking agreement will show your hotel information and the precise location of your seats at Nissan Stadium for the four nights of the Festival.
Payment Methods Accepted
If you are booking your package here online, you will be given two choices for payment method: American Express or Manual Pay. If you select American Express, your card will be charged immediately and you will receive an email acknowledgement. If you choose "Manual Pay," your payment will be due no later than two weeks after your booking. You may pay by check, money order, or through the payment app Wise.com. We will reach out to you to learn your payment method and if you choose Wise.com, we will send you a payment link. If you are paying by check or money order, you will need to make it payable to BlueShoe Nashville and mail to our office at 1400 4th Ave N., Nashville, TN 37208. If your payment is not received within two weeks after your online booking, your package will be cancelled. Please send us an email if you have questions (click on the contact link in the top right corner and we'll get back to you promptly).

Although in the past we accepted the full range of credit cards, we no longer accept Mastercard, Visa, or Discover because we are unable to receive a full refund from these cards in the instance that the CMA Fest is cancelled due to the pandemic or any other cause. American Express is the only card company that will refund their merchant fees to BlueShoe Nashville so that we, in turn, can refund our clients in full. We apologize for any difficulty this may cause our BlueShoe clients. If it does pose a problem for you, please let us know and we can discuss options.
This is a hotel/ticket package only. Any balance owed must be paid in full and a signed booking agreement must be returned to BlueShoe Nashville before package purchase is complete and hotel/tickets are secure. Ticket delivery: The CMA 4-night stadium passes will be transferred to you via Ticketmaster and will be accessible on your smart phone The CMA has announced that all Festival passes will be mobile. No hard tickets will be issued.

HOW TO BOOK
Follow these steps in order to book your CMA Music Festival 2026 5-night package:
1. Click on the highlighted square on the calendar above for June 3, 2026. This will launch the various choices for packages at The Hermitage Hotel.
2. Select the option for the number of people--one, two, three, or four people. All packages are for five nights (June 3 to June 8, 2026). The Festival officially begins on Thursday, June 4, 2026 and the last concert finishes Sunday night, June 7, 2026. Extra nights: additional nights may be booked, based on availability. Please inquire for details.
3. Complete the online form with your name, contact information, and credit card. Please note that for online bookings, BlueShoe Nashville accepts American Express only. You may also pay by check, money order, bank transfer, or through the payment app Wise.com. When you book online, if you wish to use a payment method other than American Express, please check "manual pay."
4. Room type: for two-person packages you will be asked to request a room type (king rooms with one king-sized bed are available or double queen rooms). For 3 and 4-person packages, the room type will automatically be designated a double queen (with two queen-sized beds).
5. Specify any special request you may have.
6. Prior to Jan. 15, 2026, a nonrefundable deposit of $600.00 per person is due at the time of your online booking. The balance of the package cost is due by Feb. 1, 2026 and all monies collected at that time are nonrefundable. For those booking on or after Jan. 15, 2026, payment in full is due at the time of booking and all monies collected are nonrefundable.

We encourage our BlueShoe clients to buy trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that might prevent them from coming to Nashville for the CMA Fest. Although BlueShoe does not offer such insurance, we'll be glad to send you information on websites where you can read about and book insurance.
