CMA Fest 2026: Classic 5-Night Courtyard Marriott Downtown Packages
December 13, 2025: We have updated our online offerings at the Courtyard Marriott downtown to feature some of our best seats in Section 134 & Section 135 (the shady side of Nissan Stadium).
If you would like to experience CMA Fest in the most immediate and exhilarating way, stay in the heart of Nashville so you can walk to the Festival venues. The Courtyard Marriott on Fourth and Church is one of the more elegant hotels in the city and it's supremely well-located for Festival goers. Note about room type availability: our Courtyard packages are running low and we now have one remaining room with two queen beds. It is available for online booking with a 4-person package. If you have 3 people in your party, please reach out to us directly and if the double queen room is still available, we'll assign it to you manually. All of our other Courtyard packages feature one king bed (suitable for 1 person or 2 people).

CMA Music Festival 2026 Schedule
Arrival & check-in to hotel for 5-night package is Wednesday, June 3, 2026
Thursday, June 4 to Sunday, June 7, 2026: CMA Music Festival 2026, including concerts all day long at Riverfront Stage and at Nissan Stadium in the evenings, autograph signings, and special venues such as the Family Zone and the Sports Zone.
Monday, June 8, 2026: Checkout and departure from hotel

IMPORTANT BOOKING AND CMA FEST 2026 TICKET INFORMATION
When you book online, a receipt will be sent to your email for your payment: prior to Feb. 1, 2026 a nonrefundable deposit of $600 USD per person will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. If you book on or after Feb 1, 2026, the total amount is due at the time of booking. BlueShoe Nashville will follow-up (usually within 72 hours excluding weekends) with a booking agreement sent through Docusign to your email address that will show your package details, including your seat location.Final payment for all packages booked with a deposit is due by March 1, 2026.
The agreement must be signed through Docusign in order to complete your booking. By May 2026, BlueShoe will send you a hotel confirmation number. We strongly recommend that when you travel to Nashville for the Festival, you bring not only your hotel confirmation number, but a copy of the formal booking agreement issued by BlueShoe Nashville. The booking agreement will show your hotel information and the precise location of your seats at Nissan Stadium for the four nights of the Festival.
Payment Methods Accepted: If you are booking your package here online, you will be given two choices for payment method: American Express or Manual Pay. If you select American Express, your card will be charged immediately and you will receive an email acknowledgement. If you choose "Manual Pay," your payment will be due no later than two weeks after your booking. You may pay by check, money order, or through the payment app Wise.com. We will reach out to you to learn your payment method and if you choose Wise.com, we will send you a payment link. If you are paying by check or money order, you will need to make it payable to BlueShoe Nashville and mail to our office at 1400 4th Ave N., Nashville, TN 37208. If your payment is not received within two weeks after your online booking, your package will be cancelled. Any balance owed must be paid in full and a signed booking agreement must be returned to BlueShoe Nashville before package purchase is complete and hotel/tickets are secure. HOW TO BOOK

3. Complete the online form with your name, contact information, and credit card. Please note that for online bookings, BlueShoe Nashville accepts American Express only for credit cards. You may also select manual pay if you wish to pay by check, money order, or through the payment app Wise.com.
4. Specify any special request you may have.
5. Prior to Feb. 1, 2026, a nonrefundable deposit of $600.00 per person is due at the time of your online booking. The balance of the package cost is due by March 1, 2026 and all monies collected at that time are nonrefundable. We encourage our BlueShoe clients to buy trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that might prevent them from coming to Nashville for the CMA Fest.
