CMA Fest 2026: Classic 5-Night AC Hotel Package
March 21, 2026: Our remaining rooms at AC Hotel are double queens (with two queen beds) and sleep up to four each. Upgrade to Gold Circe seating in Section 2 Row 15 available for 2-person packages ($300 USD per person upgrade fee). BlueShoe is pleased to announce a new partnership with the distinctive AC Hotel in downtown Nashville. Our long-standing practice is to always test hotels before considering a partnership with them. That means staying in the hotel overnight and putting it through the paces (all done without announcing that we're from BlueShoe). AC Hotel, we're happy to report, passed its on-site visit with stellar scores. Located within easy walking distance of the Festival venues, it features not only a lovely outdoor pool area, but a large balcony where you can enjoy coffee or cocktails as you look over the Music City Center on Korean Veterans Blvd. A complimentary hot breakfast is included in your stay. CMA Music Festival 2026 Schedule
Arrival & check-in to hotel for 5-night package is Wednesday, June 3, 2026
Thursday, June 4 to Sunday, June 7, 2026: CMA Music Festival 2026, including concerts all day long at Riverfront Stage and at Nissan Stadium in the evenings, autograph signings, and special venues such as the Family Zone and the Sports Zone.
Monday, June 8, 2026: Checkout and departure from hotel

IMPORTANT BOOKING AND CMA FEST 2026 TICKET INFORMATION
When you book online, a receipt will be sent to your email for your payment: prior to Feb. 1, 2026 a nonrefundable deposit of $600 USD per person will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. If you book on or after Feb 1, 2026, the total amount is due at the time of booking. BlueShoe Nashville will follow-up (usually within 72 hours excluding weekends) with a booking agreement sent through Docusign to your email address that will show your package details, including your seat location. Final payment for all packages booked with a deposit is due by March 1, 2026.
The agreement must be signed through Docusign in order to complete your booking. By May 2026, BlueShoe will send you a hotel confirmation number. We strongly recommend that when you travel to Nashville for the Festival, you bring not only your hotel confirmation number, but a copy of the formal booking agreement issued by BlueShoe Nashville. The booking agreement will show your hotel information and the precise location of your seats at Nissan Stadium for the four nights of the Festival.
Payment Methods Accepted after March 1, 2026 (when deposits are no longer being taken and full payment is due at the time of booking): If you are booking your package here online, you may do so using American Express. If you do not have American Express, please reach out to us and we'll take your contact information, draft a booking agreement and send it to you through Docusign. You'll be given the following choices for a payment method: American Express, check, money order, bank transfer, or through the payment app Wise.com. We will reach out to you to learn your payment method and if you choose Wise.com, we will send you a payment link. Please send us an email if you have questions (click on the contact link in the top right corner and we'll get back to you promptly).

Although in the past we accepted the full range of credit cards, we no longer accept Mastercard, Visa, or Discover because we are unable to receive a full refund from these cards in the instance that the CMA Fest is cancelled due to the pandemic or any other cause. American Express is the only card company that will refund their merchant fees to BlueShoe Nashville so that we, in turn, can refund our clients in full. We apologize for any difficulty this may cause our BlueShoe clients. If it does pose a problem for you, please let us know and we can discuss options.

Any balance owed must be paid in full and a signed booking agreement must be returned to BlueShoe Nashville before package purchase is complete and hotel/tickets are secure. Ticket delivery: The CMA 4-day passes will be transferred to you via Ticketmaster and will be accessible on your smart phone (the CMA has announced that all Festival passes will be mobile. No hard tickets will be issued.)

How to Book
Follow these steps in order to book your CMA Music Festival 2026 5-night package:
1. Click on the highlighted square on the calendar above for June 3, 2026. This will launch the various choices for 5-night packages at AC Hotel Downtown Nashville.
2. Select the option for the number of people—one, two, three, or four people.
3. Complete the online form with your name, contact information, and credit card. Please note that for online bookings, BlueShoe Nashville accepts American Express only for credit cards. You may also select manual pay if you wish to pay by check, money order, or through the payment app Wise.com.
4. Specify any special request you may have.
5. Prior to Feb. 1, 2026, a nonrefundable deposit of $600.00 per person is due at the time of your online booking. The balance of the package cost is due by March 1, 2026 and all monies collected at that time are nonrefundable. For those booking on or after Feb. 1, 2026, payment in full is due at the time of booking and all monies collected are nonrefundable.
